Baden-Württemberg – The Pop Academy in Mannheim is the only institution in Germany to offer recognized courses in music and the music industry. This is where the pop idols, rock stars and hip-hop acts of tomorrow are made. What’s more, Stuttgart, the state’s capital city, is the hip-hop hub of the region – and has produced many a talented musician.
